Well I am happy to annouce a new website for the Barony of Carillion. It is mostly an overhaul to the
look and feel of the existing website. I have dramatically streamlined the pages to load quickly and
be more easily updated with content or even a new design. As New features become available they
will be announced here. I've utilized Cascading Style Sheets for a lot of it. If you have page layout
problems, please let me know, along with what operating system your computer is running, the
browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Netscape), and what version of the browser you are running.
I will say, the site works and looks best with Microsoft Internet Explorer, though you shouldn't notice
much difference between it on Explorer or Netscape. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer you
will noticed that when you are on the homepage, and you move the mouse over the news link without clicking
on it, that it replaces the page contents with a selected news article or announcement. If you click on
the news link it will then take you to a list of all the news articles/annoucements. I can't say that
I am necessarily done with the new design yet, but its a start, and for me it is a lot cleaner and easier
to work with as I enhance it in the future.
