They are appointed by the King and Queen, after input by the populace of the Barony. They are the liason between the kingdom and the barony. They bring the voice of the people to the royality and the voice of the royals to the people |

the official who makes announcements on the field, or is the Master of
Ceremonies for court. Local group heralds are called Pursuivants. |
